莱尔德·亨特（Laird Hunt，1968—），美国作家、翻译家、学者。著有多部小说、小说集及译作。其作品曾获安尼斯菲尔德·沃尔夫图书奖，美国文学大奖，布里奇图书奖；亦有作品入围国际笔会/福克纳奖，美国国家图书奖，费米娜外国小说奖的决选名单。《纽约时报》《华盛顿邮报》《洛杉矶时报》和许多杂志都发表过他的评论和散文。目前，他供职于美国布朗大学，教授文学艺术类课程。

Introduction of the author
Laird Hunt (1968 -) is an American writer, translator, and scholar. He is the author of several novels, collections and translations. His works have won the Annisfield Wolfe Book Award, the American Literary Award, and the Bridge Book Award. She has also been a finalist for the PEN/Faulkner Award, the National Book Award, and the Fermina Award for Foreign Fiction. His commentaries and essays have appeared in the New York Times, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times and many other magazines. He currently teaches literature and arts at Brown University in the United States.
Translator's introduction
