作者简介
克里斯托夫·安德烈（Christophe André），生于1956年，法国知名精神科医生、心理治疗师，也是资深的冥想实践者。作为医生和治疗师，安德烈创造性地将正念冥想融入心理治疗，效果显著；在工作之余，安德烈勤于写作和分享，已出版了多部关于心理学和冥想的畅销书。安德烈现已退休，但仍致力于帮助更多人接触和了解冥想，并借助其为人们的生活带来积极的改变。

About the author
Christophe Andre (born 1956) is a well-known French psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and veteran meditation practitioner. As a physician and therapist, Andre has creatively incorporated mindfulness meditation into psychotherapy with remarkable results; Outside of work, Andre writes and shares, and has published several best-selling books on psychology and meditation. Andre is now retired, but remains committed to helping more people access and understand meditation and use it to make a positive difference in people's lives.
