《政治的概念》收入卡尔·施米特经典作品三种：《政治的概念》《中立化与非政治化的时代》《游击队理论——“政治的概念”附识》。增订本收入《政治的概念》西班牙文和意大利文版前言、《从囹圄中获救》西班牙版前言，以及施米特研究专家梅林教授的“隐微的‘增补附论’”一文，新增附录文章不仅有助于理解施米特的处境，也有助于理解我们阅读施米特的语境。

"The Concept of Politics" is included in three classic works of Karl Schmitt: "The Concept of Politics", "The Age of Neutralization and depoliticization" and "Guerrilla Theory -" The Concept of Politics ". This updated edition includes the introduction to the Spanish and Italian editions of The Concept of Politics, the introduction to the Spanish edition of Rescued from Prison, and the article "An implicit 'Addendum'" by Professor Melin, an expert on Schmitt, with the addition of an appendix that helps to understand not only Schmitt's situation, but also the context in which we read Schmitt.

The Concept of Politics is Schmitt's most iconic and much-discussed work, which has been translated into 15 languages by the end of the 20th century, because it presents his controversial view that politics is the existential conflict between nations and the division of friends and enemies. The Age of Neutralization and Depoliticization was an appendix to the first edition of The Concept of Politics and was removed from the 1933 revision. When it was reprinted in 1963, Schmitt added extensive annotations, wrote a new preface, and added three "supplementary commentaries", which became the final version of The Concept of Politics. The subtitle of the book suggests that it provides a historical proof of the Concept of Politics. "Guerrilla Theory" after the "9/11" more significant, has become a classic literature in many disciplines.

CarlSchmitt (July 11, 1888 - April 7, 1985) was one of the most important political thinkers of the 20th century and the last European public jurist. Schmitt's writing career lasted for more than 60 years, and he played an important role in many major political and ideological events in the 20th century. He was called "Hobbes of the 20th century". His thoughts had a great influence on political philosophy and theological thought in the 20th century, among which decisiveness was the main one. It also puts forward many important concepts in public law, such as the institutional guarantee, the state ruled by law, and the relationship between law and sovereignty. Schmitt had contact with Max Weber and was deeply influenced by him. He partly inherited Weber's critique of modernity, and one of his clear tendencies was to criticize liberalism. However, it would be premature to call Schmitt an "anti-liberal". Some scholars believe that Schmitt's criticism of liberalism comes from within the liberal camp.
