　　本书是一部宋朝历史通俗读物，讲述了发生于宋理宗端平元年（1234）的宋金蒙三国纷争。

　　1234年，持续了二十六年的金蒙之战迎来了终局。正月初十，蒙古和南宋联手攻克金哀宗困守的蔡州城，金朝至此灭亡。对于蒙古来说，他们终于报了俺巴孩汗被金熙宗钉死在木驴之上的血海深仇。五年前，成吉思汗在西夏灭亡前夕去世，窝阔台继承了其汗位，完成了成吉思汗灭金的遗愿，并以跳跃式的步伐完成了国家的制度化和封建化。随后，蒙古整合力量准备着手经营金朝故地，残存的金朝势力仍然盘踞在陕西二十余个府州。

　　南宋也终于得以一雪“靖康之耻”，金朝的覆灭对南宋军民无疑是莫大的鼓舞，也似乎是一个“中原机会”。南宋开始准备北伐，然而朝廷内部的声音却一如往常分裂，是战是和，让人莫衷一是。意气风发的宋理宗一锤定音，决心出兵北伐，收复三京（洛阳、开封、应天）。

This book is a popular history of the Song Dynasty, about the Song Dynasty, Jin Dynasty and Mongolian Dynasty in the first year of Emperor Lizong Duanping (1234).

In 1234, the Battle of Kinmon, which had lasted 26 years, came to an end. On the tenth day of the first lunar month, the Mongols and the Southern Song jointly captured CAI Zhou City, which was held by Emperor Aizong of Jin, and the Jin Dynasty ended. For the Mongols, they finally avenged the blood of Ibahai Khan who was crucified on a wooden donkey by Jin Xizong. Five years ago, Genghis Khan died on the eve of the end of the Western Xia Dynasty, and Ogetai inherited his throne, fulfilled Genghis Khan's last wish to destroy the Jin, and completed the institutionalization and feudalization of the country with a leap pace. Subsequently, Mongolia integrated forces ready to start operating the Jin Dynasty, the remaining Jin Dynasty forces are still entrenched in more than 20 provinces in Shaanxi.

The Southern Song Dynasty was finally able to overcome the "humiliation of Jingkang", and the fall of the Jin Dynasty was undoubtedly a great encouragement to the army and people of the Southern Song Dynasty, and it also seemed to be a "Central Plains opportunity".
