All cancers originate in normal cells of the human body, and this is what is particularly irritating and perverse about cancer - it originally comes from us. Cancer is not an invasion from outside, it's an internal rebellion. The war on cancer is really a war against ourselves. The Cancer Code brings together the research of Jason Feng, MD, on cancer. Combining a large number of examples and data, Dr. Feng pointed out the shortcomings of the first two theoretical paradigms in the history of cancer research, and proposed a third paradigm from an evolutionary perspective to answer the fundamental question: What is cancer? What causes cancer? Where is the hope for Cancer treatment? Our understanding of cancer is slowly undergoing a revolution. JasonFung
Canadian nephrologist, MD, internationally renowned researcher. A graduate of the University of Toronto School of Medicine, he has practiced medicine in Toronto for many years and is an expert on intermittent fasting and type 2 diabetes. His research in life sciences and human health has been cited in the New York Times, Time Magazine, The Atlantic Monthly, The Toronto Star and many other media outlets. He is the author of The Cancer Code, The Diabetes Code and the Obesity Code.
Wonderful book review
As a doctor for nearly two decades, I know that cancer is discovered suddenly, but it doesn't happen suddenly. Everyone talks about cancer color change, but in fact, compared to the cancer itself, the more terrible thing is to avoid medical treatment. Many cancers can be cured if they are prevented and treated early.
The Cancer Code is a very good book that explains the internal and external causes of cancer and how a mutation in one cell develops into a tumor. Understanding this knowledge can help us stop fearing cancer and beat it.
Bian Que once said: "On the cure is not sick." So who's the doctor? In fact, each of us ourselves, hope that excellent popular science books like "Cancer Code" can make everyone become their own doctor!
