张文魁
国务院发展研究中心企业研究所副所长、研究员
研究领域包括经济增长、企业改革、公司治理、数字经济等，担任过大型国企的独立董事并致力于推动企业良性发展。他的一些研究成果在政策制定中发挥了积极作用，曾作为核心成员之一参加国务院发展研究中心与世界银行合作的课题《2030年的中国：建设现代、和谐、有创造力的高收入社会》，在国内和国际上产生重大影响。
此外，他还积极从事学术研究，对外公开发表的学术论文见于《经济研究》《管理世界》《改革》等学术期刊，曾获“孙冶方经济科学奖”（集体奖）、中国发展研究一等奖等奖项。

His research areas include economic growth, corporate reform, corporate governance, digital economy, etc. He has served as an independent director of large state-owned enterprises and is committed to promoting the healthy development of enterprises. Some of his research results have played an active role in policy formulation, and he participated as one of the core members of the project "China 2030: Building a Modern, Harmonious and Creative High-income Society" co-sponsored by the Development Research Center of The State Council and the World Bank, which has had a significant impact domestically and internationally.
In addition, he is also actively engaged in academic research, published academic papers published in the "Economic Research", "Management World", "Reform" and other academic journals, has won the "Sun Yefang Economic Science Award" (group award), the first prize of China Development Research and other awards.
