1950年出生于宫崎县。立命馆大学经济学部毕业后，于1975年入职读卖新闻社，任社会部记者，在青森支局负责警视厅和国税厅的新闻。后陆续担任中部总社（现中部支社）社会部部长、东京总社编辑委员和运动部部长。2004年8月起任读卖巨人军球团代表兼编成本部部长。2011年6月，任专务董事球团代表兼总经理、编成本部部长、代理经营主，同年11月18日卸任。现为自由记者。

In November 1997, Yamichi Securities, one of the four major securities companies in Japan, suddenly announced the "independent termination of business", and nearly 10,000 employees lost their jobs overnight, causing an uproar in Japan and even the international financial community. 260 billion yen of off-book debt was the immediate cause of its collapse, the goodwill of a century-old company was destroyed, and Japan's central government finance agency, the Ministry of Finance, refused to provide assistance.
How did such a massive amount of illegal debt come about? When was it produced? Whose decision was it? And how was it concealed?
When Shanyi Securities was in danger and eager to escape the sinking ship, 12 employees stuck to the end, resisting pressure from all parties, and launched an unprecedented internal investigation of the company to reveal the illegal facts of the senior management for 6 years.

Kiyotake Yingli
He was born in Miyazaki Prefecture in 1950. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Ritsumeikan University, he joined the Yomiuri Shimbun in 1975 as a reporter in the city department, and was in charge of the news of the National Tax Service and the National Police Agency at the Aomori branch Office. He later served as head of the Social Department of Chubu Headquarters (now Chubu Branch), editorial board member of the Tokyo Headquarters, and head of the Sports Department. Since August 2004, he has been the representative and head of the organization headquarters of the Yomiuri Giants. In June 2011, he was appointed as the team representative and general manager, the head of the organization department and the acting manager, and he stepped down on November 18 of the same year. He is now a freelance journalist.
