　　玛莎·C.努斯鲍姆（Martha C.Nussbaum，1947—）：美国当代政治学家、道德哲学家。芝加哥大学法学与伦理学教授，美国艺术与科学学院院士。著有《善的脆弱性》《培养人性》《诗性正义》等。2012年获西班牙“阿斯图里亚斯王子奖·社会科学奖”，2016年获日本“京都奖·艺术与哲学奖”。曾被美国《外交政策》双月刊与英国《展望》杂志列入“世界百名杰出知识分子”榜单。

This book is the representative work of Martha C. Nussbaum, an important contemporary American philosopher. In this book, the author explores human nature, perception, sophistry, reading, soul, individual and love from the perspective of exploring the "knowledge of love" from classical literary works and from the height of combining philosophical theory with literary theory. In the process of responding to the core problem of philosophy, "How people should live", it greatly broadens the field of literary research and highlights the important value of sensibility in human life.

About the author

Martha C.Nussbaum (1947 -) is a contemporary American political scientist and moral philosopher. Professor of Law and Ethics at the University of Chicago and Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He is the author of the Fragility of the Good, The Cultivation of Humanity, Poetic Justice and so on. He was awarded the Prince of Asturias Prize for Social Sciences in Spain in 2012 and the Kyoto Prize for Art and Philosophy in Japan in 2016. He was included in the "World's 100 Outstanding Intellectuals" list by the bimonthly Foreign Policy magazine and the Prospect Magazine of the United Kingdom.

Li Yilin, Yu Shizhe, master of Philosophy studies, graduated from the School of Philosophy, University of Strasbourg, France.

Fan Yun, Professor of International Culture Department, School of Media and International Culture, Zhejiang University, Deputy Director and doctoral supervisor of Institute of Aesthetics and Critical Theory, Zhejiang University. His current research interests include ethics and aesthetics, modern and contemporary Anglo-American literary theory, and the history of 18th century European aesthetics and intellectual history. He has published books such as Emotion and Justice: Martha Nussbaum's Ethical World of Aesthetics, The Limits of Criticism, and Art and Enlightenment: A Study of Enlightenment Aesthetics in Eighteenth-century Europe.
