Content introduction
The twelve articles of Professor Rudolf Benet collected in this book, on the one hand, take Husserl's own theoretical context as the horizontal axis, covering not only Husserl's phenomenological method and the theoretical nature of knowledge theory, but also a wide range of different types of phenomena analyzed by Husserl and the composition of intentional experience. On the other hand, this collection also takes Mr. Bennett's research on Husserl's phenomenology as the vertical axis, trying to display his research characteristics and theoretical development in a holistic and systematic way. Most of the articles in this collection were originally published in German or French, and many are not readily available today due to the age of publication, despite language barriers. Therefore, this collection not only gives Chinese readers a glimpse of the richness and openness of Husserl's phenomenological problem field, but also an opportunity to appreciate the style and verve of the world's top phenomenological research. Taking Husserl's core theory and concept of phenomenology as the axis, Professor Bennett discussed the key theoretical issues in Husserl's phenomenology, such as sign theory, meaning phenomenon, logic and truth, finite and infinite, time phenomenology, imagination, flesh, phenomenological reduction, etc. It not only reflects Professor Bennett's achievements in Husserl's phenomenology research and the whole field of phenomenology, but also shows the theoretical reality, activity and openness of phenomenology research in contemporary philosophical exploration.
