Based on the exhibition of Ancient Chinese Food Culture in the National Museum of China, which was designed by a senior curator of the National Museum of China, this book fully excavates historical materials, takes cultural relics as narrative clues, and sorts out the development of Chinese food culture over the past ten thousand years, explaining ancient Chinese food culture from multiple perspectives such as "ingredients", "cooking", "utensils", "etiquette", "art" and "people".
