作者简介
泰戈尔(1861年—1941年)
印度诗人、文学家、社会活动家、哲学家和印度民族主义者。代表作有《吉檀迦利》《飞鸟集》《园丁集》《新月集》《眼中沙》《四个人》《家庭与世界》《最后的诗篇》《戈拉》《文明的危机》等。
1913年,凭借诗集《吉檀迦利》成为第一个获得诺贝尔文学奖的亚洲人。

This book is the essence of Tagore's life thought.
This book contains a series of lectures given by Tagore at the Hibbert Lectures at Manchester College, Oxford, in May 1930, as well as his observations from years of travelling around the world speaking on the same subject. Tagore thought deeply about people's belief, the nature of the world and the value of life from the philosophical sense, and gave deep humanistic care to the real world of human existence, showing his unique and exquisite philosophy of life.

About the author
Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941)
Indian poet, writer, social activist, philosopher and Hindu nationalist. His masterpieces include Gitanjali, Stray Birds, Gardeners, New Moon, Sand in the Eyes, Four People, Family and the World, The Last Psalm, Gora, and the Crisis of Civilization.
In 1913, she became the first Asian to win the Nobel Prize for Literature for her poetry collection Gitanjali.
