和渊，清华大学理学博士、高级教师、北京市优秀青年人才、北京市骨干教师、北京市教育新星、海淀区学科带头人、海淀区青年岗位能手、全国教育科学“十三五”规划基金课题主持人、中国青少年科技辅导员协会高级科技辅导员、国际青少年科学奥林匹克竞赛中国区学术委员会委员。现任教于中国人民大学附属中学。曾获得第三届创新型名师孵化大赛全国决赛一等奖、北京市基础教育科学研究优秀论文一等奖（2018—2019）、北京市基础教育课程建设优秀成果一等奖（2018—2019）。在Science等国际期刊上发表过科研论文，在国家级核心期刊上发表30余篇教学论文，著有：《成为学习高手：清华博士的高效学习秘籍》《给孩子的费曼学习法》《成功养育：给孩子搭建良好的成长生态》《生物学观念和方法例谈》《生物是什么：人人都能看懂的生物学底层思维书》；译著：《准备》。
