近些年，诗歌日益趋于边缘化，诗歌批评也随之衰微，作者力图通过批评文字来拭亮现代诗隐匿的美与德，阐发其抒情声音的现实力量。在本书中，作者从“同时代人”与“旁观者”的位置出发，对现代诗歌特别广东的诗歌生态进行综合论述与个案研究，其间既有对鲁迅、第三代诗人群的经典解读，也有对海外诗人群、广东诗人群的横向扫描、宏观论述，并对杨克、黄礼孩等重要广东诗人作了专门述评，并从历史与世界交汇的坐标系下，对西方重要的现代诗作等进行赏析与诗学阐释；藉此建构一幅以广东为核心的广阔的现代诗歌图像，展示广东的诗歌实绩，并试图从地方路径出发勘探现代诗的变化轨迹，从而打破一体化线性的诗歌史叙述模式，更为立体、细致地勾勒现代诗的复杂面向。
作者简介
杨汤琛，文学博士，教授，现供职于广东外语外贸大学中国语言文化学院，美国圣母大学访问学者，兼任广东秦牧创作研究会副会长、广州市文艺评论家协会理事。长期从事当代诗歌批评与诗歌理论研究，已在《当代作家评论》《文艺争鸣》《文艺报》等发表各类诗歌评论文章多篇，出版学术专著两部。

In recent years, poetry has become increasingly marginalized, and poetry criticism has also declined. The author tries to wipe out the hidden beauty and virtue of modern poetry through criticism, and expound the realistic power of its lyric voice. In this book, from the position of "contemporaries" and "onlookers", the author makes a comprehensive discussion and case study of modern poetry, especially the poetic ecology of Guangdong, including classic interpretation of Lu Xun and the third generation of poets, horizontal scanning and macro discussion of overseas poets and Guangdong poets, and special comments on important Guangdong poets such as Yang Ke and Huang Lihai. In the coordinate system of the intersection of history and the world, the important modern western poetry is appreciated and explained. This paper constructs a broad picture of modern poetry with Guangdong as the core, shows the achievements of Guangdong poetry, and tries to explore the change track of modern poetry from the local path, so as to break the integrated linear narrative mode of poetry history and outline the complex aspects of modern poetry in a more three-dimensional and detailed way.
About the author
Yang Tangchen, Doctor of Literature, professor, currently working at the College of Chinese Language and Culture, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, visiting scholar at the University of Notre Dame, Vice President of Guangdong Qin Mu Creation Research Association and director of Guangzhou Literary Critics Association. He has been engaged in contemporary poetry criticism and poetry theory research for a long time, and has published many articles on poetry criticism and two academic monographs in "Contemporary Writers Review", "Literature and Art Contention", "Literature and Art Journal" and so on.
