　　在这个世代交替的社会中，我们共同完成了规模宏大的经济建设。但在精神世界中，我们仍旧停留在价值一元化的文化体系中，追求“人上人”的身份，像攀爬金字塔，立德、立功、立言，努力将自己变成优越者，这就带来了深层的问题：物质生产的增长，在很大程度上还没有充分转变成普遍的幸福生活。人们在攀比中获得的优越感，并不是幸福，而是相对性的快乐，这就造就了当下年轻人痛苦与迷茫的困境。

　　在梁永安看来，如果不走出这些困境，那么他们将始终活在别人的世界里，这些困境包括：大时代小格局、有激情无信仰、高欲望低价值、有职业无事业、快流动低情感、有年轻无青春。

　　在这部2024年全新散文随笔集《做一个优秀的普通人》中，梁永安将与当下年轻人通行，聚焦这六种困境，探讨当下年轻人最关注、最揪心的话题，例如结婚与单身、内卷与躺平、工作与事业等等，和年轻人探讨何为幸福、价值与成功，面对归零时代下的世界重新做一个好奇的孩子，像刚走路一样摇摇晃晃地成长。从物质生活的“安身”阶段，走上精神文化方向上的“立命”。

Fudan humanities scholar and observer of human life Liang Yongan's new collection of essays in 2024.

Walk with the current young people, out of the six difficulties of spiritual development, write down the affectionate expectations of every young person in this big era, after the growth of the letter.

May you step out of the stage of "settling down" in material life and begin to "stand up" in the spiritual and cultural direction.

May you be an excellent ordinary person, love the world, love all things, love sentient beings, find a thing that you like and has the value of The Times, have their own value and affirmation in the sentient beings, where the heart is going, where the body is going.

In this society of changing generations, we have together accomplished economic development on a grand scale. However, in the spiritual world, we are still stuck in the cultural system of unified value, pursuing the identity of "human superior", like climbing the pyramid, making virtues, meritorious deeds, and making statements, and striving to turn ourselves into superior people, which brings a deep problem: the growth of material production has not been fully transformed into a universal happy life to a large extent. The sense of superiority people get in comparison is not happiness, but relative happiness, which creates the current young people's pain and confusion dilemma.

In Liang Yongan's view, if they do not get out of these dilemmas, then they will always live in the world of others, these dilemmas include: small pattern of big times, passion without faith, high desire and low value, career without career, fast flow of low emotions, and young without youth.

In this new collection of essays and essays "Be a good ordinary person" in 2024, Liang Yongan will work with the current young people, focusing on these six dilemmas, discussing the most concerned and worrying topics of the current young people, such as marriage and single, internal volume and lying flat, work and career, and discussing with young people what is happiness, value and success. In the face of the world under the age of zero, be a curious child again, and grow up as if you were just walking. From the "settling down" stage of material life, embark on the "standing up" in the direction of spiritual culture.

If you want to sum up Liang Yongan's expectations for the current young people, it is to wish you to be an excellent ordinary people.

Excellence is your spirit, the never-ending energy within you, the power that always faces the sun like a sunflower, and we are all living with each other, illuminating each other, warming each other, sharing with each other. Excellent ordinary people love the world, love all things, love sentient beings, and find a thing that they like in their heart and has the value of The Times.

Humanities scholar at Fudan University

An observer of human life

He has been a visiting professor at Kobe University of Foreign Studies in Japan, Boston University in the United States, Okayama University in Japan, and Ewha Women's University in Korea. He mainly studies comparative literature, film, urban culture and youth culture.
