  作者简介

  姜怡,华东师范大学教育心理学系副主任、副教授、上海市东方学者、德国图宾根大学学术大使。韩国高丽大学教育心理学博士,曾就职于韩国高丽大学大脑动机研究所、德国图宾根大学教育科学与心理学核心研究所。主要研究领域为学习动机、自我调节学习、教育干预、教育神经科学。主持参与多项国家级和省部级科研项目,发表各类期刊和会议论文近百篇,其中SSCI论文20篇。目前研究聚焦于探析各年龄段学生回避性动机的形成发展机制及其影响学生学习的行为和脑神经机制,并基于此研发缓解回避性动机不利影响的针对性教育干预。

Why Kids Don't Learn: Based on the contemporary theory of learning motivation, Avoidant Motivation and Student Learning systematically analyzes the formation and development mechanism of students' learning avoidant motivation and the psychological mechanism affecting learning from different theoretical perspectives such as self-determination, expectation-value, achievement goal and academic emotion, and introduces corresponding educational and psychological intervention measures in order to alleviate the current excessive spread of educational anxiety.

Motivation is the spiritual spark of all action. When children embark on the road of learning, they are like sailing a boat, they must be soaked by wind and waves before they can step on the waves. Among them, good learning motivation is the source of power to move forward, but also the inexhaustible vitality of students' hearts. "The nine-curved Yellow River is 10,000 miles of sand, the waves are winnoweaned from the end of the world", learning is a practice that every student must have on the road of growth, the road is inevitably tortuous, the process is inevitably difficult. The exploration of learning motivation, after all, is to let us better understand and support children, for their practice escort.

About the author

Jiang Yi, Associate Professor, Deputy Director, Department of Educational Psychology, East China Normal University, Shanghai Oriental Scholar, Academic Ambassador, University of Tubingen, Germany. He received his Ph.D. in educational psychology from Korea University, Korea, and worked at the Brain Motivation Institute of Korea University and the Core Institute of Educational Science and Psychology of the University of Tubingen, Germany. His research interests include learning motivation, self-regulated learning, educational intervention, and educational neuroscience. He has presided over and participated in a number of national and provincial scientific research projects, and published nearly 100 papers in various journals and conferences, including 20 SSCI papers. Current research focuses on exploring the formation and development mechanism of avoidant motivation in students of all ages, as well as the behavioral and neurological mechanisms affecting students' learning, and based on this research and development of targeted educational interventions to alleviate the adverse effects of avoidant motivation.
