古代中国很早就形成了以父系血统为唯一合法传承路径的宗法制社会结构，并在父权制基础上发展出以宗族关系与皇权承续嬗变为中轴的专制社会治理系统。但由于生物遗传、蓬勃多元的社会因素等局限，当局者又逐渐摸索出一套符合儒家伦理的辅助调整工具，即以继嗣养子为核心的拟亲制度，包括显性形式如异姓收养、以庶为嫡、同宗继嗣，乃至赘婿、招夫、改嫁、兄弟结拜等伴生丐养关系，以及隐性变体如天子之道、蓄士养客、宗族部曲、师生门人、主官辟召、赐姓赠名等种种形式，成为血亲系统“盗谱者”，并在不同程度上促进着社会能量交换与资源整合。

As well as the hidden variants such as the way of the son of heaven, the cultivation of scholars, clan songs, teachers and students gatekeepers, chief officials, giving names and other forms, become the blood relatives system "steal music", and promote the social energy exchange and resource integration in different degrees.
