　　本书是一部经济学读书札记与随笔的合集。这些札记既是作者在经济学领域阅读与思考之后的一些领悟，以及作者对中国与世界近二十年间经济领域及经济思想种种变化的一些思考，同时也是作者这一时期参与中国经济学界各种议题讨论所产生的成果。

　　全书分为三个部分：一是“学人与思想”，试图通过对经济学人（如亚当·斯密、保罗·斯威齐等）及其思想的深度梳理，让我们看到学人的不同侧面及思想的多样性；二是“改革与转型”，试图通过对进入新世纪以来中国改革及世界主要国家社会经济结构性变化的观察，让我们更加深刻地理解时代特征与主题的渐次变化；三是“反思与创新”，试图通过对以新古典学派为代表的主流经济学反思以及对近年来兴起的以行为经济学为代表的前沿理论介绍，让我们更好地洞见“存在”及其所推动的“意识”未来可能的发展趋势。

　　卢周来，1970年生，安徽安庆人。经济学博士、教授、博士生导师。现供职于某研究机构。享受国务院特殊津贴专家、“百千万人才工程”国家级人选、国家“十四五”规划专家咨询委员会委员、军事经济研究中心副总干事。在《经济研究》《管理世界》等发表论文数十篇，在《读书》《天涯》等发表学术随笔及札记百余篇，出版有《缔约视角下的企业内部权力之谜》等专著四部、《穷人经济学》等随笔集三部及《战争经济学》等译著多部。主持国家社科基金重大项目及国家自然科学基金重点项目多项。曾在《经济观察报》《北京青年报》《中国图书商报》以及“搜狐财经频道”等多家媒体开设过专栏。

This book is a collection of reading notes and essays on economics. Lu Laizhou was born in 1970 in Anqing, Anhui Province. Doctor of Economics, professor, doctoral supervisor. He is currently working at a research institute.
