Introduction of works

How can stock traders dramatically improve their performance by practicing body scans and accurately describing their feelings? How can doctors make more accurate diagnoses by using their bodies as radar to catch what patients can't put into words? How did a Pulitzer Prize winner draw an intricate writing outline on one wall to complete a 4,000-page history tome? How can managers break away from the Mob bias and dramatically improve their ability to deal with the complexities of today's society? In fact, thinking better means using your brain less, learning to turn the whole world into an extension of your mind, and you will gain the ability to think beyond.

AGI era comes roaring, in the face of human-machine collaboration survival cycle, the individual understanding of the brain has specific and far-reaching significance. The brain is not a computer, a muscle, but a magpie, this image of the metaphor reveals the principle of "thinking" - extended thinking determines thinking power. The essence of extended thinking is the expansion of situational cognition, and thinking power comes from deliberate practice in specific scenes. To establish the scene wisdom of extended thinking, we can truly enter the new normal of human-machine symbiosis.

Based on the latest research in cognitive science, psychology, biology and other fields, the author reveals the brain's secret to greatly improving our thinking ability: thinking with the help of things outside the brain. We will begin this remarkable transformation in three ways: through embodied cognition, situational cognition, and distributed cognition to greatly expand the mind and thinking, and based on this, to understand the many simple and effective practices, you will easily and happily learn to do more with less in this legendary and scientific reading journey.
