Light like Water "Light is like water, turn on the tap, it comes out."
At a house party on Wednesday, two boys turned on a light bulb, and a cascade of light poured out of the old, tree-shrouded building, down balconies and building facades, and down the street, creating a golden river that lit up the city.
Someone called the police. Firefighters forced open the door of the fifth-floor apartment and found the entire room flooded with light up to the ceiling. The cookware and cutlery really did fly around the kitchen with wings spread out like the poetry says. The colorful fish that ran out of the fish tank swam happily in the vast swamp of light.
Under the herringbone roof, Toto, a boy, sat on the stern of the boat, clutching the OARS tightly and wearing a mask over his face, looking for the lighthouse in the harbor. The younger brother Hoel floats in the bow, looking for the height of the North Star on the sextant.
