作者简介
吕惠，毕业于北京外国语大学英语系，获英语语言文学博士学位，现为外交学院英语系副教授，主要从事美国文学、西方文论等领域的研究，2010-2011在美国马里兰大学访学。在《外国文学》、《外交学院学报》、《外语与翻译》等期刊发表论文数篇，合著《当代女权主义批评家研究》、辞典《新时代精选汉英词典》和《新时代汉英小词典》，出版译著《阿尔法卫星上的家族》、《即学即用商务词汇》等，参与完成多项国家、省部级科研教学项目，一次获得国家图书出版奖，两次获得省部级教学成果奖。
A brief introduction to Women's Rights and Women
Catherine Ann Porter is one of the representative writers of Southern literature, one of the important literary schools in the history of American literature, and one of the important writers in the history of American female literature.
Women's Rights and Women: Catherine Ann Potter and the Female Images She Creates analyzes the female characters in 24 of Potter's 26 novellas and short stories and only one novel, and studies the literary representation of the gender identities of these female characters in different contexts. This paper comprehensively discusses the characteristics of Porter's representation of female gender identity, such as the vastness, complexity, diversity and individuation.
About the author
Hui Lu, who graduated from the English Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University with a Doctor's degree in English Language and Literature, is now an associate professor in the English Department of Foreign Affairs University, mainly engaged in the research of American literature and Western literary theory. From 2010 to 2011, she was a visiting scholar at the University of Maryland. He has published several papers in Foreign Literature, Journal of China Foreign Affairs University, Foreign Language and Translation, co-authored Research on Contemporary Feminist Critics, the dictionary Selected Chinese-English Dictionary of the New Era and the Chinese-English Dictionary of the New Era, and published and translated the Family on Alpha Satellite, Business Vocabulary for Learning, etc. Participated in the completion of a number of national and provincial research and teaching projects, once won the National Book publishing award, twice won the provincial teaching achievement award.
