A well-known host, "snarky" columnist, and agricultural layman decided to run a 6070-acre farm by himself in his 60s. The result was a year of hard work and only a profit of 144 pounds. This is Clarkson's second year. His "good ideas" continue to flow, adding new crops, animals and "business ideas" to the farm.
But who would have thought that loading a food trailer would be harder than driving a helicopter gunship? Cows are more dangerous than cars? Is it easier to get planning permission for a nuclear power station than to turn an old lamb shed into a restaurant? ...

Born in 1960, he is a British journalist and writer. He writes weekly columns for several newspapers and magazines, including The Sunday Times and The Sun, but is better known as the presenter of the BBC2 television show TopGear. His hosting style is humorous and often surprising. In 2008, he bought a 6,070-acre farm and hired locals to run it. In 2018, after the people he hired retired, he got the idea to run the farm himself. The process was captured in a critically acclaimed documentary by Amazon, with the first season airing in 2021, the second in 2023, and the third in 2024.

She graduated from the Department of English and American Language and Literature of the School of Foreign Languages, Zhengzhou University. She is a full-time translator of English literary works, including Clarkson's Farm, Canra Dawn, 12 Years a Slave and the series of "Mockingbird Girl".
