　　戴维·戈德布卢姆（DavidGoldbloom），医学博士、加拿大皇家医学院院士、成瘾与精神健康中心高级医学顾问、多伦多大学精神病学教授，曾任加拿大精神健康委员会主席。毕业于哈佛大学、牛津大学（罗德学者）和麦吉尔大学。著有一百多篇专业论文，编过两本精神病学教科书。他还是一位著名的公众演说家，因对精神病学领域的贡献而屡获殊荣，包括加拿大勋章。

　　皮尔·布莱登（PierBryden），医学博士、多伦多病童医院精神科医生和临床教师、多伦多大学医学院副教授、加拿大医学委员会主席、美国儿童与青少年精神病学伦理委员会加拿大代表。毕业于多伦多大学、牛津大学和麦克马斯特大学。专攻儿童与青少年精神疾病治疗的伦理与法律问题。

About the author

DavidGoldbloom, M.D., is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada, Senior Medical Advisor to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, and former Chair of the Mental Health Commission of Canada. He graduated from Harvard University, Oxford University (Rhodes Scholar) and McGill University. He has authored more than 100 professional papers and edited two psychiatry textbooks. He was also a noted public speaker and received numerous awards for his contributions to the field of psychiatry, including the Order of Canada.

Pierre Bryden, M.D., is a psychiatrist and clinical faculty member at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, President of the Medical Board of Canada, and Canadian representative to the American Committee on Ethics in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He graduated from the University of Toronto, the University of Oxford and McMaster University. Specializes in ethical and legal issues in the treatment of mental illness in children and adolescents.
