作者简介
杨眉
心理学教授。毕业于北京大学国际政治系。1984年开始向学生提供心理咨询，1985年从事心理教育。2007年成为中国心理学会临床与咨询心理学专业委员会首批注册心理督导师。2003年非典时期、2008年汶川地震和2020年新冠疫情中，均以志愿者身份承担督导工作。出版《与焦虑同行》《青春期集体心理咨询与治疗的理论和实践》《心理学术语力》等心理学专业与科普著作12部。

About the author
Yang Mee
Professor of psychology. He graduated from the Department of International Politics of Peking University. In 1984, he began to provide psychological counseling to students, and in 1985, he engaged in psychological education. In 2007, he became the first registered psychological supervisor of the Clinical and Counseling Psychology Professional Committee of the Chinese Psychological Society. During the SARS outbreak in 2003, the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, and the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, he worked as a volunteer. He has published 12 professional and popular science works in psychology, including Walking with Anxiety, Theory and Practice of Adolescent Collective Psychological Counseling and Treatment, and the Power of Psychological Terminology.
