作者简介
张锐，四川泸州人，博士毕业于比利时根特大学国际与欧洲研究院。现任全球能源互联网发展合作组织经济技术研究院研究员。主要研究领域为国际能源政治、全球气候治理、海外电力投资。在《读书》《国际展望》《中国软科学》《经济社会体制比较》等CSSCI核心期刊发表论文30余篇，多篇文章被《中国社会科学文摘》、中国人民大学《复印报刊资料》等转载。参与多项国家级和省部级科研课题。长期参与一线跨国能源治理活动，曾前往亚非拉美多国开展实地调研。

This book aims to explore the international energy politics in the era of carbon neutrality, in-depth analysis of the global energy order, power change trend, transition path divergence, energy supply chain competition, and new cooperation network under the wave of green and low-carbon, focusing on the fierce game between China, the United States and Europe in energy affairs. And keep track of the energy challenges triggered by the outbreak of the Ukraine crisis in February 2022 and its many impacts on international relations. In addition, the book exposes the double standards and hegemonism of Western countries on energy issues, and proposes that in the new era, China should become a "market maker" and "promoter" leading the world energy revolution.
About the author
Zhang Rui, a native of Luzhou, Sichuan Province, received his Ph. D. from Ghent University, Belgium. He is currently a researcher at the Economic and Technological Research Institute of the Global Energy Internet Development Cooperation Organization. His research interests include international energy politics, global climate governance, and overseas power investment. He has published more than 30 papers in CSSCI core journals such as "Doushu", "International Outlook", "China Soft Science", "Comparison of Economic and Social Systems", and many articles have been reprinted by "China Social Science Abstracts" and "Photocopying Newspaper Materials" of Renmin University of China. Participated in a number of national and provincial scientific research projects. He has long participated in cross-border energy governance activities, and has been to many countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America to carry out field research.
