巴尔特·范埃斯(Bart van Es),文学评论家和作家,1972年生于荷兰,后移居英国,精通英语和荷兰语。牛津大学英语文学教授,圣凯瑟琳学院资深导师。范埃斯的主要研究对象是英国诗人埃德蒙·斯宾塞以及莎士比亚。

About the author
Bart van Es is a literary critic and writer, born in the Netherlands in 1972, who moved to the UK and is fluent in English and Dutch. Professor of English Literature, University of Oxford, Senior Tutor, St Catherine's College. Van Es's main subjects were the English poet Edmund Spencer and Shakespeare.
