一线教学12年，长期研究中小学生的学习过程，创造了适合中国孩子特点的学习力法则。曾在德国深造。具有国内教育和国际教育的双重认知，既懂国内的教育特点，也懂国外符合儿童心理发展和认知的高效学习方法，深谙学习的本质和儿童教育心理学。

冷佳萍：

中国人民大学附属中学心理教师，首师大基础心理学硕士，海淀区心理骨干教师。研究方向为认知与学习心理学、青少年心理健康、生涯规划、家庭教育。
