作者简介

陆丽萍:

中国人民大学附属中学高级教师,海淀区优秀督学,北京市中小学心理健康教育名师发展研究室成员,海淀区心理学科带头人。

中国科学院发展与教育心理学博士,师从中国超常儿童教育专家施建农教授,常年研究超常儿童教育。

一线教学12年,长期研究中小学生的学习过程,创造了适合中国孩子特点的学习力法则。曾在德国深造。具有国内教育和国际教育的双重认知,既懂国内的教育特点,也懂国外符合儿童心理发展和认知的高效学习方法,深谙学习的本质和儿童教育心理学。

冷佳萍:

中国人民大学附属中学心理教师,首师大基础心理学硕士,海淀区心理骨干教师。研究方向为认知与学习心理学、青少年心理健康、生涯规划、家庭教育。


Every child wants to learn well and can learn well.

About the author

Lu Liping:

Senior teacher of high school affiliated to Renmin University of China, Excellent Superintendent of Haidian District, member of Beijing Primary and Secondary School Mental Health Education Development Research Laboratory, leader of Haidian District psychology discipline.

Doctor of Developmental and Educational Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the guidance of Professor Shi Jiannong, an expert in the education of exceptional children in China, has been studying the education of exceptional children for many years.

Teaching for 12 years, long-term research on the learning process of primary and secondary school students, to create a suitable for the characteristics of Chinese children's learning law. I studied in Germany. With dual cognition of domestic education and international education, she not only understands the characteristics of domestic education, but also understands the efficient learning methods in line with children's psychological development and cognition in foreign countries, and has a deep understanding of the nature of learning and children's educational psychology.

Leng Jiaping:

Professor of Psychology in high school affiliated to Renmin University of China, Master of Basic psychology in Capital Normal University, backbone teacher of psychology in Haidian District. His research interests include cognitive and learning psychology, adolescent mental health, career planning, and family education.
