The Uninterrupted Man is a new collection of short stories by Shuang Xuetao. Seven story installations probe into the past and the future. In this new work, the human heart and technology, experience and fantasy, reality and fiction, S City and Beijing, finally become inseparable from each other in the novel, and together become a precision experiment to explore the possibility of writing. The bionic man who searches for bird bones, the assassin who makes time and space flow, the boxer who loses his memory, the lonely alcoholic in the tender night... Man is just one link in the continuum of humanity. These stories begin with people's everyday lives and continue to stretch into unexpected future worlds, exploring eternal human themes: human emotions, good and evil, and ways to escape the real world.
