作者简介
陈行甲
湖北人，本科毕业于湖北大学，硕士毕业于清华大学，中共党员。历任镇长、（县级市）市长、县委书记等职。2016年任期届满被提拔后辞去公职，创立深圳市恒晖公益基金会，致力于开展公益创新、大病救助、青少年心理健康和教育关怀、防灾救灾等方面的公益项目。现为深圳市基金会发展促进会执行会长、深圳市恒晖公益基金会理事长、深圳特区社会工作学院教授、深圳市人大常委会社会建设委员会委员。
2015年被评为全国优秀县委书记；获“2017年度中国十大社会推动者”、“2018年度中国公益人物”、2019年《我是演说家》全国总冠军等荣誉。

About the author
Chen Xingjia
A native of Hubei Province, he graduated from Hubei University with a bachelor's degree and Tsinghua University with a master's degree. Successively served as mayor, (county-level city) mayor, county Party secretary and other positions. After being promoted in 2016, he resigned from public office and founded Shenzhen Henghui Public Welfare Foundation, which is committed to carrying out public welfare projects in the fields of public welfare innovation, serious disease relief, youth mental health and education care, disaster prevention and relief. He is currently the executive chairman of Shenzhen Foundation Development Promotion Association, chairman of Shenzhen Henghui Public Welfare Foundation, professor of Shenzhen Special Zone School of Social Work, and member of the Social Construction Committee of Shenzhen People's Congress Standing Committee.
In 2015, he was awarded as the national Excellent County Party Secretary; He was honored as "China's Top Ten Social Promoters in 2017", "China's Public Welfare Figure in 2018", and the National champion of "I am a Speaker" in 2019.
