作者简介
陈行甲
本科毕业于湖北大学数学系，硕士毕业于清华大学公共管理学院，后被公派美国芝加哥大学留学。
历任镇长、（县级市）市长、县委书记等职。2016年任创立深圳市恒晖公益基金会。现为中国光彩事业促进会常务理事、深圳市人大常委会社会建设委员会委员。
2015年被评为“全国优秀县委书记”；荣获“2017年度中国十大社会推动者”、“2018年度中国公益人物”、2019年《我是演说家》全国总冠军、2022年华夏公益人物、2023年爱心奖等荣誉。

About the author
Chen Xingjia
He received his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Hubei University and his master's degree from the School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University. After that, he was assigned by the government to study in the University of Chicago.
Successively served as mayor, (county-level city) mayor, county Party secretary and other positions. In 2016, he founded Shenzhen Henghui Public Welfare Foundation. He is now the executive director of China Glorious Cause Promotion Association and a member of the Social Construction Committee of the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress.
In 2015, he was awarded "National Excellent County Party Secretary"; Won the "2017 China Top Ten Social Promoters", "2018 China Public Welfare Figure", 2019 "I am a Public Speaker" national champion, 2022 China Public Welfare Figure, 2023 Love Award and other honors.
