赫塔·米勒（Herta Müller，1953—），2009年，因其“以诗的凝炼，散文的率直，描绘流离失所者的处境”而获得诺贝尔文学奖。生于罗马尼亚，1973年入蒂米什瓦拉西部大学。毕业后进入机器工厂任译员，后以任职于幼儿园、教授德语谋生。1982年，出版处女作《低地》，此后陆续有多部重要作品问世。先后获得过二十多个奖项，包括德语文学界重要的克莱斯特奖。其作品已被译成二十多种语言，产生了世界性的影响。

李贻琼，德语译者，现居北京，曾翻译过《国王鞠躬，国王杀人》《黑色的大轴》《轮下》《树在天堂等你》以及《后楼梯——一位哲学家的生活与思考》等作品。也曾翻译保罗·策兰、里尔克、奥斯兰德等德语诗人，诗作散见于《世界文学》等文学刊物。

Herta Muller (1953 -) won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2009 for "depicting the situation of the displaced with the concentration of poetry and the frankness of prose." Born in Romania, he entered the Western University of Timisoara in 1973. After graduation, he worked as an interpreter in a machine factory, and then earned his living by working in a kindergarten and teaching German. In 1982, he published his first novel, The Lowland, which has since been followed by a number of important works. He has won more than 20 awards, including the Kleist Prize, an important prize in German literature. His works have been translated into more than 20 languages and have had a worldwide impact.

Li Yiqiong, a German translator living in Beijing, has translated such works as "The King Bows, the King Kills", "The Big Black Axis", "Under the Wheel", "The Tree is Waiting for You in Heaven" and "Back Stairs: The Life and Reflections of a Philosopher". He has also translated German poets such as Paul Celan, Rilke, and Auslander, and his poems have been scattered in literary publications such as World Literature.
