  作者简介

  迈克尔·布劳斯(Michael Breus)

  美国睡眠专家、临床心理学家、佐治亚大学临床心理学博士,专攻睡眠障碍,是目前仅有的168位未读过医学院就通过美国睡眠医学学会考试的心理学家之一。他的一大研究成就是提出“四型生理时钟”理论,将人的昼夜节律分为狮型、熊型、狼型和海豚型。他还治疗过众多名人和运动员,并为其他睡眠医生、睡眠顾问提供培训。2021年,《读者文摘》将布劳斯评为“加利福尼亚州佳睡眠专家”。

About the author

Michael Breus

American sleep specialist, clinical psychologist, PhD in clinical psychology, University of Georgia, specializing in sleep disorders, is currently one of only 168 psychologists who have passed the American Academy of Sleep Medicine exam without attending medical school. One of his major achievements was the "four types of circadian clocks" theory, which divided the human circadian rhythm into lion, bear, Wolf and dolphin types. He has also treated numerous celebrities and athletes and trained other sleep doctors and sleep consultants. In 2021, Reader's Digest named Breus "California's Best Sleep Expert."

Breus is the author of several books related to sleep research. His first book, Good Night: Good Night:The Sleep Doctor's 4-Week Program to Better Sleep and Better Health is an Amazon Top 100 bestseller with rave reviews. In addition, his book, The Sleep Doctor's Diet Plan:Lose Weight Through Better Sleep, is a groundbreaking exploration of the relationship between quality sleep and metabolism and the science behind it.
