　　本书是我国著名中医学家、针灸学家周楣声教授医学专著中重要的著作，也是针灸教学、科研、临床工作者的书目。全书共分三篇，上篇为“灸论”，列叙作者的观点和见解；中篇为“灸赋”，以韵文形式阐述针和灸的关系，以及临床治疗的各项要点；下篇为“灸例”，是作者临床案例的总结，翔实描述病人的症状、艾灸的穴位及其选择该穴位配方的理由以及成效。

　　周楣声（1918～2007），男，汉族，我国著名中医学家、针灸学家。周楣声先生出生于安徽省天长县（现为天长市）中医世家，幼承家学，潜心医道，博览旁收，勤耕不辍。其生前曾任安徽中医学院教授、主任医师，全国首批名老中医学术继承人导师，中国针灸学会顾问，中国民间特种灸法研究会会长，安徽省灸法学会会长，阿根廷中华针灸学会顾问等职。

　　周楣声先生治学严谨，学术上精益求精，临床中敢于攻坚克难，特别是在针灸学的实践与研究中勇于推陈致新，独辟蹊径，提出诸多具有开创性的见解，总结出丰富的传世经验，其在灸法的传承与振兴、研究与临床应用等方面更是造诣深厚，贡献巨大，是一位蜚声中外的针灸大家，被国务院确认为有突出贡献的中医专家，并获得全国名老中医称号，享受政府特殊津贴。2007年被中华中医药学会授予“首届中医药传承特别贡献奖”。晚年致力于灸具的改革与推广，并对针灸治疗疑难病症进行了探索性研究与倡导。



　　周楣声先生一生著述丰硕，成果卓著，先后著成《灸绳》《针灸歌赋集锦》《针灸经典处方别裁》《针灸穴名释义》《黄庭经医疏》《脉学》《金针梅花诗钞》《针铎》等多种。这些著作，见解精辟，立论新颖，堪称经典，在国内外享有很高声誉。

Zhou Mei Sheng (1918 ~ 2007), male, Han nationality, a famous Chinese doctor and acupuncturist in China. Born in Tianchang County, Anhui Province (now Tianchang City), Mr. Zhou Mei Sheng was born in a family of traditional Chinese medicine. He learned from his family and devoted himself to medicine. Before his death, he was a professor and chief physician of Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the first old Chinese academic successor tutors, consultant of Chinese Acupuncture Society, president of Chinese Folk Special moxibustion Research Society, president of Anhui Moxibustion Law Society, and consultant of Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society of Argentina.

Mr. Zhou Meisheng is rigorous in academic research, strives for excellence in academics, and dares to overcome difficulties in clinical practice, especially in the practice and research of acupuncture and moxibustion, he has the courage to push forward the old, explore new ways, put forward many pioneering insights, and summed up a wealth of handed down experience. He has made profound attements and great contributions in the inheritance and revitalization of moxibustion method, research and clinical application. He is a well-known acupuncture and moxibustion master, recognized by The State Council as a Chinese medicine expert with outstanding contributions, and won the title of national famous old Chinese medicine, enjoying special government subsidies. In 2007, he was awarded the "First Special Contribution Award for Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance" by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In his later years, he devoted himself to the reform and promotion of moxibustion tools, and carried out exploratory research and advocacy on the treatment of difficult diseases.
