Yuan Linghui, a lawyer, graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in Economic law. In 2010, I entered the lawyer industry, focusing on marriage and family affairs and corporate compliance. In my work, I have been exposed to a large number of cases and have rich practical experience. Participated in the compilation of "International Tax Law" and "Analysis of New Enterprise Income Tax Law -- Study of Oriental Finance and Tax Law". She served as a director of the Fiscal and Tax Law Research Institute of Shanghai Law Society, a special invited mediator of Shanghai Pudong New Area Professional People's Mediation Center, and a volunteer of the female Lawyers' Volunteer Group of Shanghai Women Lawyers Association.
