一具红衣女尸破冰而出，漂浮在芙蓉湖中心。
相同的案发现场、相同的红衣女尸、相同的冰封湖面，案件细节与十二年前的无名女尸悬案一一对应。
十二年后的死者名为程丽秋，她曾经生活过的狭小出租屋里，留着一行血红字迹——“丽秋，我们来世再见！”
随着调查深入，警方发现曾有两个女孩共享了程丽秋的人生，但一切却又在两年前戛然而止。
“自杀”的结案报告还未被签字，第三个程丽秋出现了。
而她，正是本该死于十二年前的无名女……
