Content introduction

The first complete guide to self-healing for complex post-traumatic stress syndrome

Read by hundreds of thousands of readers around the world

Comprehensive classification and explanation, directly point out the easy to be ignored psychological trauma

Provide effective and feasible anxiety and stress relief programs

Textbook work worth re-reading

Traumatic events include not only occasional, severe and irritating events (such as war, natural disasters, and terrorist incidents), but also humiliation, demeaning, bullying, betrayal, emotional neglect, and excessive control suffered in the process of growing up. These injuries may be difficult for you to talk about, but the trauma can be far greater than a single event.

Too many people because of ignoring such trauma in the process of growing up, "inexplicably" produced interpersonal disorders, emotional pain, and even misdiagnosed as borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder...

The author of this book, Peter Walker, is an internationally renowned trauma healer. Having suffered from severe and complex post-traumatic stress syndrome (CPTSD), he wrote this classic book based on his own healing experiences and more than 30 years of practice as a psychotherapist. In this book, he delves into the causes, symptoms, and types of CPTSD, and provides effective self-healing tools to help readers break the vicious cycle at the emotional, mental, and physical levels. This complete and systematic diversified therapy makes it easier for readers to see their own condition, break through the blind spot, and make healing progress.

The book has been highly regarded by trauma patients and is used as a valuable tool by psychologists.

Not all hurts should be forgiven.

Free from bondage, heal wounds,

You've been hurt, but you don't have to keep hurting.
